1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply send an email with the following information:
Send an email to info@herbchecker.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
Include your PayPal transaction ID (found in your PayPal receipt email)
Include the email address associated with your HerbChecker account
Optionally, let us know the reason so we can improve (not required)
2 Processing Timeline
Once we receive your refund request:
- We will acknowledge your request within 1-2 business days
- Refunds are processed through PayPal within 5-7 business days
- Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
3 Refund Details by Plan
Monthly Plan ($9.99/mo)
- Within 60 days of initial purchase: Full refund of the most recent monthly payment
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
Annual Plan ($79/yr)
- Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund
- 31-60 days after purchase: Partial refund, prorated for the remaining months of your annual term
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund
Lifetime Plan ($147 one-time)
- Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund
- 31-60 days after purchase: Partial refund of 50% ($73.50)
- After 60 days: No refund available, as the lifetime plan provides permanent access
4 Cancellation vs. Refund
Please note the difference between cancellation and a refund:
Cancellation
Stops future billing. You keep access until the end of your current paid period. No refund for the current period.
Refund
Returns your payment (full or partial, per the terms above). Available within the 60-day guarantee window.
5 Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Repeated refund requests suggesting abuse of the guarantee policy
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Chargebacks initiated through PayPal without first contacting us
